• During this stage, we also license all users and install the required Microsoft 365 apps. Additionally, we set up a group in Microsoft Teams for all users, giving them a direct point of contact with our team throughout the migration. This dedicated communication channel reassures everyone that support is readily available whenever needed.

• The email migration begins quietly in the background, while your team continues to work uninterrupted.
• Users are connected to both their current mailboxes and the new Microsoft 365 mailboxes, allowing them to carry on as normal.
• Once the first migration is complete, we select a cut-over date—typically a weekend—to perform a final sync and reroute email services. After this, your team starts using their new mailboxes.

• After the email migration, we begin moving file data. This also happens in the background, allowing everyone to continue working as usual.
• During cut-over, we complete a final catch-up migration and lock access to the old storage to prevent confusion. From then on, users work through SharePoint or SharePoint synced to OneDrive.
• Your team begins working with familiar folder layouts. We make sure everything feels intuitive from the start.
